Don't forget the first event of the New Year, a networking lunch at Brasserie Gerrard in Canterbury. It is a new restaurant, taken over what was Cafe Uno and as part of their promotions they have offered us a free lunch for up to 20 people. (Thanks Diana for securing this). So places are limited to 20. I will have to confirm later how many courses are included. Drinks will be extra.

Yoga in a Chair!

Dpending on your desk setup, clothing, and the level of comfort with your co-workers, you can practically do an entire yoga practice at your desk! Helen Leichauer from Yoga Light, Yoga Bright will take us through some simple stretches to keep us in shape whilst we work.

Joint Networking Lunch with Invicta Chamber of Commerce Women's Networking Lunch Forum
Eastwell Manor Pavilion Restaurant, Boughton Aluph, Ashford
Due to the success of last year’s joint lunch with the Invicta Chamber we thought we would repeat it this year. Increase your networking circle by joining us and the very active Invicta Chamber of Commerce Women's networking forum at Eastwell Pavillion, a lovely venue in beautiful parkland, just outside Ashford.

Divorce doesn't have to be Hell on Earth!

We have all been touched by divorce, if not ourselves - our friends or family. This is a lively and informative talk about an innovative way of dealing with divorce and separation issues. WiB Members Susan Anderson of Tassells Solicitors and Anne Blenkinsop of Furley Page work together as part of a group named EKCL pioneering this interesting new concept in our area.

Best selling author and trainer, Lindsey Agness, talks about the challenges of mid life for many women and shows how NLP (neuro linguistic programming) can provide focus and confidence for the future. Lindsey runs The Change Corporation which provides personal development and bespoke corporate training events.
